the apartment was clean upon arrival. the kitchen included sufficient equipment for simple meal preparation.

the automated check-in system presented a minor delay in issuing my access code.

The studio has a well-equipped kitchen and included necessary items for cooking. staff members were very nice and helpful. I appreciated their quick responses. check-in was easy using the access code provided before arrival. the location was convenient, near the train station.

I found only two small pillows in the room. Additional pillows would have been appreciated for added comfort.

The studio had a well-equipped kitchen. The check-in process was easy and smooth! The location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. I found it super convenient for travel around the area.

The hallways were dark and a bit depressing. I noticed some spots that the cleaners missed. The air felt stale. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work, and the windows don't open. I also could smell cigarette smoke coming in through the vents.

Fantastic Location and Modern Amenities

functional furniture great location

The room was spacious with functional furniture all in place. I found everything clean and well kept (a big plus for me!). The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station where you can find many restaurants, fast food options and coffee shops. Sending passports a few days before check-in is important, but the support team was immediately available when we didn't send them.

I wish the hotel had an on-site manager to handle minor issues. The absence of staff made it difficult to address problems promptly. I think having someone available would greatly improve the guest experience.

The location was very convenient, close to the main train station. i also appreciated the modern design and cleanliness of the apartment. the contactless check-in process was smooth, and the bed was very comfortable. i really liked the baselcard which i received. It offered discounts on museums and free transport.

the small window in the apartment opened onto a noisy street, it made ventilation difficult.
